Our mission
We believe hiring and people management shouldn't require every growing business to build its own HR department from scratch. Stratia Solutions works alongside employers to handle recruitment, HR administration, and people management as a service — and works alongside job seekers to make sure the roles they see are real and the process is straightforward.
